Hawaiian Millionaire Pie

You’ve made it to #17 of my Blogmas, THANK YOU! Honestly, it means so much that you’re still keeping up with me. For today’s post, I chose to finally let you guys in on my all time favourite Christmas Dessert.

My mom came across this recipe a few years ago, and I instantly fell in love with it! I’ll say now, you don’t HAVE to put the mix into pie crusts if you don’t want to. The recipe does yield enough for TWO pies!

Ingredients 

2 Ready-Made Graham Cracker Crusts
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 Large Container of Cool Whip
1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 8 oz jar Maraschino Cherries (chopped & drained)
1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

Directions
Blend together the cream cheese, lemon juice and condensed milk; gently fold in the whipped topping.
Stir in the crushed pineapple, cherries and pecans; pour into pie crusts and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
If you want, fill pie crusts with mix.
