7 Things I Loved About 2018

Malcolm’s BirthMarch 28th, it was a crazy night, and I do believe that if I had walked instead of resting on the 27th, he would have come then.

Hospital Banana Bread… Yes you read that right… I felllll inlove With The banana bread at the hospital during my stay when M was born.

Niagra Falls With Malcolm. It’s not very often that I visit Niagra Falls, but this year we were able to take M to the Falls for his first time. & We also visited Niagra on the Lake twice with Malcolm this year also.

Summer! I was never a big drinker… I couldn’t see the point in having to get into another mindset to enjoy your night. But this past summer, the few times that I went out, I managed to get completed white girl wasted.

Malcolm’s Every Milestone. Ever single milestone M has reached from rolling over to crawling to walking holding furniture. Seeing him grow in a new way every day is just amazing!

Malcolm meeting Santa for the first time. Although he was a ball of emotions throughout the experience, I’m so happy that Santa knew how to interact with the babies & gave them a warm welcome.

All the amazing friends I made… 2018 I was naive in who I let into my life… 2019 I let go of most of them but thankful that the few amazing people I did meet in 2018

7 Things I Am Looking Forward To In 2019

Growing my blog- I have a schedule already set and ready to go, having constant content always being posted. As well as, connecting with other bloggers and making better use of social media platforms.

Malcolm’s First Birthday- As we said goodbye to Christmas but not yet hello to the new year, I was already busy planning M’s First Birthday Party. Call me crazy right…

Moving- Living with my momma and M in a 2 bedroom apartment has been really stressful on me. I’m looking forward to moving and having my own room again. No more baby asking up to my snoring… hehe

Taking Malcolm for a sleigh ride- We’ve yet to have enough snow to take him out but I’m so excited to take M out on his sleigh and see how he reacts.

New town- Rockwood has really out grown….. or should I say I have out grown rockwood. When I moved here 3 years ago there was talk about development in town and to this day.. NOTHING. I’m excited to move to a developed town, meet new people and explore new surroundings.

Swimming Lessons– For Christmas I planned to get M into swimming lessons, but when I planned it out, it just didn’t work for us. Where we plan on moving has a pool in town! HOW EXCITING!! I cannot wait to see how M reacts to the pool and how well he takes to swimming.

Going back to work- Yes I LOVE bing a SAHM but I’ve been itching to get back to work…. Once we get settled from moving, I can’t wait to get back out there and working again.
